2025년 12월 4-5일, 월드푸드테크협의회, 대한상공회의소, 매일경제, 서울대학교 월드푸드테크창발센터가 공동 주최한 World FoodTech 2025 Forum이 서울 JW메리어트호텔에서 개최되었습니다.

‘FoodTech for All’을 주제로 열린 이번 포럼에는 정부·입법부·산업계·학계·지자체·국제기구의 주요 인사들과 글로벌 리더 500여 명이 참석해,
푸드테크산업육성법 시행을 앞둔 대한민국이 세계 푸드테크 산업의 협력 플랫폼을 주도하겠다는 국가 비전을 공식적으로 확인했습니다.
이번 포럼의 총괄기획은 서울대 푸드테크학과 교수이자 AI푸드선도센터장을 맡고 있는 서울대학교 이기원 월드푸드테크협의회 공동회장이 맡았습니다.

더 트리니티는 이번 포럼에서 비전 선포 아트 퍼포먼스 예술감독을 맡고, 연계 특별전 기획을 총괄하여 포럼의 핵심 메시지를 예술적 언어로 풀어내고,
푸드테크를 산업 효율을 넘어 생명·환경·지역사회·청년의 미래를 함께 설계하는 문화적 비전으로 확장하고자 했습니다.

비전선포를 알리기전 포럼의 특별영상에서는,
한국의 대표현대미술가 이완의 <Made inKorea>연작이 상영되었습니다.

한국 밥문화의 출발점인 한 알의 쌀, 한 점의 콩, 한 방울의 장과 같은 ‘검은 점’에서 시작되었습니다.
각계를 대표하는 다섯 명의 리더는 푸드테크 혁신의 출발점을 상징하는 점을 남겼습니다. 게르하르트 슈뢰더 전 독일 총리는 ‘사람’,
강금실 공동조직위원장은 ‘생명’, 우원식 국회의장은 ‘환경’, 송미령 농림축산식품부 장관은 ‘지역’, 장승준 매경미디어그룹 부회장은 ‘청년’을 의미하는 점을 찍었습니다.

리더들이 남긴 점은 한국 생명 기술과 식문화의 출발점을 상징하며, 베니스비엔날레 한국관 대표 이완 작가가 미래를 향해 한지에 활을 쏘는 장면을 연출해 큰 관심을 모았습니다.
아티스트 이완이 쏘는 활은 밥심의 에너지가 기술의 전송력으로 변환되는 순간을, 그리고 푸드테크의 미래가 사람·생명·환경·지역·청년이라는 다섯 축 위에서 함께 확장된다는 메시지를 분명하게 전했습니다.

비전 선포 아트 퍼포먼스와 함께 로비에서는 특별 전시 《Origins in a Single Grain, Visions for Tomorrow : 한 알의 기원, 내일을 향한 비전》가 개최되었습니다.
이완 작가의〈Made In〉 시리즈와 인터랙티브 설치, 서울대학교 디자인 연구소 디스코랩(DISCO Lab)의 ‘메모리얼 푸드 Lib(Life in Bite)’ 프로젝트를 통해
​푸드테크가 기술을 넘어 인간의 감정·기억·정체성을 다루는 문화로 나아갈 가능성을 제시했습니다.
이번 비전 선포 아트 퍼포먼스와 연계 전시를 통해 더 트리니티는 예술과 푸드테크, 그리고 국가 비전이 만나는 지점을 유기적으로 이어 하나의 장면으로 구현했습니다.

인류의 지속 가능한 미래를 향한 푸드테크의 비전을 예술로 선포한 World FoodTech 2025 Forum의 현장을 공개합니다.
